You bring professional experience in application development for SAP systems.Experience in SAP applications or module‑specific areas with a focus on SD and/or MM is considered an advantage. From a technical perspective, you have an excellent command of ABAP Objects and are either willing and able to familiarize yourself with new environments such as the SAP BTP Integration Suite, CAP development with Node.js, Git, and related technologies, or you already feel at home in these areas.A passion for new technologies, IT trends, and agile development distinguishes you.

What makes you stand out You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification and ideally possess certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates.You have relevant professional experience in IT service management, including incident, change, and release management.Additionally, you bring solid IAM expertise, particularly in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications.Furthermore, you have experience in managing service providers as well as in handling SLAs and KPIs.You are also able to transition projects into stable operations in a structured manner and resolve complex issues in Second Level Support.You have strong technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services.You are proficient in working with ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and have basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting.Moreover, you work analytically, in a structured and independent manner, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
