Support global sales teams with technical and commercial expertise during tenders and negotiations. Develop business cases and proposals for new service products and drive decision‑making processes.
Continues to build expertise on technical aspects of KHS product lines; shares product expertise with other departments. Maintains reference information on product line, keeps track of technical updates from Competence Center; provides support and technical information for sales personnel in the field and management; may visit customer sites to assess environment and application.
Perform cost-down and value engineering activities to establish cost-effective production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. Perform statistical and technical analysis on production failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve production capability.
Support global sales teams with technical and commercial expertise during tenders and negotiations. Develop business cases and proposals for new service products and drive decision‑making processes.
Serve as the civil/structural specialist during project execution. Guide project teams on civil-related matters to maintain technical, financial, and schedule alignment. Take ownership of civil and structural design for smaller projects. Lead and oversee external civil design companies, ensuring quality and cost-effective results.
