Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans by team member. Refine and execute our go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation initiatives, supported by strong cross-functional collaboration and execution.Lead the Team: Inspire and support a regional sales team, fostering a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.
In-depth understanding of the EMEA corrugated market and an established network of industry contacts (preferred). Strong technical aptitude and experience in solution-based sales. Demonstrated success in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
