Job Description You will analyse and monitor international market activities, industry news and and competitive developments and help them turn into actionable insights for the teamYou will collect and structure market information from various sources and create regular updates on market and business developmentsYou will assist in identification of potential offtakers and third party partners along the value chain You will assist in preparing tenders and customer proposals, taking ownership of bidding process and working closely with internal and external partnersTogether with senior colleagues, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers and help prepare, conduct and follow up on meetingsYou will participate in conferences, associations and industry events and start building your own network in the rapidly evolving hydrogen ecosystem Qualifications You have a degree in (industrial) engineering, economics or a comparable field, or strong relevant technical qualificationsYou bring 2-4 years of professional experiences in business development, trading, project management or marketing, ideally in energy, mobility, logistics or industrial sectorsYou have experience in tendering processes, preparing RFQs and evaluating market offers; exposure to commercial negotiations is a plus You have already worked with developing new products or markets, and can work in dynamic market environmentsYou have a sound understanding or high interest in renewable energies, hydrogen production, and PtX derivatives (e.g. ammonia, methanol, SAF) You are fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German Additional Information 🏡 Flexibility & Work-Life Balance Vacation: Take time to recharge - you’ll have 30 vacation days with us.
YOUR TASKS Implement quality methodologies and procedures at the buffer yards, ensuring strict adherence to the quality control plan Supervise the proper execution of various subprocesses at the buffer yards Inspect incoming components such as concrete tower segments and tower internals Conduct audits on the installation of tower internals within stored tower segments Perform final inspections of the concrete tower before handing over to the Project Management organization Identify, document, and manage non-conformities arising during storage at the buffer yards Report daily on the progress and quality status of construction activities Participate in cross-functional meetings within the concrete tower structure to support project execution Coordinate tasks and activities at the buffer yards with the global quality team YOUR PROFILE Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. construction materials testing, concrete technology, or similar); further qualification as a certified technician in civil engineering or quality management is an advantage Experience with concrete and/or quality procedures is an asset English proficiency at B2 level and strong communication skills German proficiency at C1 level Team-oriented mindset YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
