We are looking for a skilled Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead and coordinate technical development projects related to Grid Code Compliance for wind turbines. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our turbine platforms meet the latest regulatory requirements across various global markets.
Your tasks: Serve as primary on-site facilities contact and manage all IFM subcontractors across service scope Handle work requests via Corrigo CMMS system and coordinate technical support (HVAC, cleaning, maintenance) Staff reception desk, manage visitor processes, and handle incoming calls and mail distribution Manage vendor relationships, process purchase orders in SAP/JDE, and ensure procurement compliance Coordinate consumables ordering, office moves, parking management, and employee onboarding/offboarding Maintain HS&E compliance, complete required training, and ensure contractor safety requirements Support event coordination, meeting room setup, and manage AV equipment Process asset inventory, equipment handovers, and maintain occupancy planning systems Provide security management support and conduct physical security reporting Support capital projects from initiation through completion and handover to FM team Your profile: Proven experience in facilities management or workplace services operations Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred) and ERP systems (SAP/JDE) Excellent communication skills and professional phone/reception etiquette Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment Knowledge of HS&E regulations and safety compliance requirements Experience with vendor management and procurement processes Proactive, collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and think outside the box What you can expect from us You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.

Your main responsibilities will include: Own the chemistry of our solid propellants – develop, document, and validate all fuel formulations and recipe control standardsDefine and maintain critical process parameters (temperature, mixing time, vacuum, catalysts, etc.) and ensure robust process windows from lab scale to full-scale productionLead and manage the analytical laboratory: raw material testing, in-process testing, test methodologies, calibration, documentation, and data traceabilityDrive recipe change control – plan and execute pilot batches, validation, and transfer to production, including updates of SOPs and work instructionsConduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Process Engineering and Maintenance to address recurring defects, quality deviations and process instabilityEnsure full batch traceability and strong HSE practices for hazardous materials (classification, storage, transport, and safe handling)Collaborate closely with Quality Control to define sampling plans, acceptance criteria and CAPA activities (Corrective and Preventive Actions)Contribute to supplier qualification and material approval, including definition and verification of technical specificationsContinuously improve yield, scrap rate and recipe cost through optimization of formulations and process parametersMaintain and prepare documentation for ISO, AQAP and defense-quality audits related to chemical operationsLead, coach, and develop your team of chemists and technologists and help build a strong safety- and quality-driven culture on site We are looking for an experienced and hands-on chemical leader who thrives in a high-tech, safety-critical production environment and enjoys building something new.
