Can perform complex technical tasks independently Can handle pressure in critical situations (e.g. technical emergencies) by remaining calm and finding pragmatic solutions and clearly communicating these.
YOUR TASKS Support the Project Management and Construction teams with technical topics related to planning and installation Contribute to documentation for tenders, crane operations, and installation processes Review lifting plans, crane configurations, and site layout drawings Participate in the development of crane and installation strategies Create and update KPI overviews to monitor progress and performance Maintain and organize technical documentation, including manuals, updates, and change records YOUR PROFILE Confident use of MS Office, project management tools, CAD, and ideally LICCON Accurate and detail‑oriented working style, especially in preparing and maintaining technical documents Strong time‑ and task‑management skills to handle multiple ongoing topics Experience working with project‑related documents such as contracts, permits, and technical specifications Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and structured file management Clear and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors Technical understanding of crane operations, lifting processes, and site/equipment planning English skills at a minimum of B2 level Nice to have: German and/or Spanish language skills YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
