We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our Supply Tech Enabling Team within our Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU. You will take end-to-end ownership of a business model cluster (e.g., wholesale or dropshipping).
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to break down abstract business challenges into a defined product vision, MVPs, and iterative delivery plans. Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, simplifying complex technical concepts and data insights, making them understandable for stakeholders. You’ll also translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong communicator: You can communicate transparently, honestly, and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design). Team player: You actively share knowledge, inspire other team members, and aim to fulfill team goals.
What you will do Technical Authority: Define backend architecture standards, hosting strategies, and binding technical directions across all agency projects.
