About us Your Contribution Act as a technical expert for metrology and measurement systems.Review engineering drawings for measurability and define measurement methods.Perform advanced measurement and inspection, including programming complex tools (e.g., VMM).Conduct Gage R&R and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).Evaluate, select, and qualify new metrology equipment for technology development.Drive continuous improvement in measurement tool stability, capability, and capacity.Define calibration and maintenance activities for measurement equipment.Perform correlation studies with customers/suppliers on critical parameters.Train production personnel on measurement methods and equipment.Develop and maintain metrology documentation and SOPs.Automate measurement data extraction and organize for end-user accessibility.Manage metrology-related projects, set milestones, and monitor resources.
