The Fleet / Technical Superintendent (Role located in DE-Hamburg) acts as the owner’s technical representative, overseeing the operational and technical performance of assigned vessels.

Our Supply Tech team focuses on the technology and systems that power our supply chain, from initial procurement and product data management to inventory and shipping.
Job Description You will analyse and monitor international market activities, industry news and and competitive developments and help them turn into actionable insights for the teamYou will collect and structure market information from various sources and create regular updates on market and business developmentsYou will assist in identification of potential offtakers and third party partners along the value chain You will assist in preparing tenders and customer proposals, taking ownership of bidding process and working closely with internal and external partnersTogether with senior colleagues, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers and help prepare, conduct and follow up on meetingsYou will participate in conferences, associations and industry events and start building your own network in the rapidly evolving hydrogen ecosystem Qualifications You have a degree in (industrial) engineering, economics or a comparable field, or strong relevant technical qualificationsYou bring 2-4 years of professional experiences in business development, trading, project management or marketing, ideally in energy, mobility, logistics or industrial sectorsYou have experience in tendering processes, preparing RFQs and evaluating market offers; exposure to commercial negotiations is a plus You have already worked with developing new products or markets, and can work in dynamic market environmentsYou have a sound understanding or high interest in renewable energies, hydrogen production, and PtX derivatives (e.g. ammonia, methanol, SAF) You are fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German Additional Information 🏡 Flexibility & Work-Life Balance Vacation: Take time to recharge - you’ll have 30 vacation days with us.
What you will do Gather, analyze, and interpret data to fulfill reporting requests from business stakeholders Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business strategy Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to data-driven decision-making Automate routine reporting processes and maintain existing reports to ensure reliability and improve data workflows Maintain, design, and implement advanced dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, enabling self-service analytics across the organization Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality and consistency while delivering data-driven insights that support supply-related business decisions Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of analytics in decision-making processes Who you are You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst Proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis, reporting, and querying large datasets Experience with Google BigQuery Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Excel, or similar) to create compelling dashboards and reports Excellent communication skills in English Ability to translate fuzzy business requirements from diverse stakeholders into analytical requirements.
