PSCAD, DIgSilent PowerFactory, Siemens PSS/E) Conduct grid integration studies including stability and harmonics to support wind power plant performance Validate and benchmark simulation models against real-world data and grid requirements Collaborate with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to interpret and implement simulation model requirements Automate model development and study processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Provide technical feedback to product development teams based on grid compliance insights Apply deep knowledge of power systems and control theory to improve model quality and turbine-grid interaction YOUR PROFILE M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar Experience with EMT and RMS modelling and simulation in at least one simulation software like PSCAD, PSS/E or DIgSilent PowerFactory Programming experience in Python or C/C++ Experience with interconnection studies and requirements Intercultural understanding: you thrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies Fluent English spoken and written, additional skills in Spanish and/or German are a plus Good communication skills You are proactive, assertive and a team player YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
