The focus is on technical and process issues: Plan, organize and execute efficient equipment and process Maintenance to ensure excellent manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with the constraints of physical product development (tooling, BOM, lead times) compared to pure software CyclesGood negotiation skills to protect the team's focusExceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders or clientsMethodology: Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban) and their application in regulated hardware environmentsFamiliar with Azure DevOps / SAP / Google toolsLanguages: Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or a related technical field Experience/ Proven track record as a Product Owner or Project Lead in a hardware-centric environment, ideally within the MedTech or Healthcare industry Technical and Systems Engineering Expertise: Strong ability to define and estimate complex work packages in an engineering context.
