YOUR TASKS Follow up Tier 2 supplier production and deliveries from order to arrival at tower manufacturers Build demand‑vs‑capacity plans based on Tier 1 requirements Identify risks and drive mitigation and containment actions Analyze lead times and identify critical materials Evaluate supplier performance focused on on‑time delivery Coordinate closely with Global Sourcing, Planning, SQA, Logistics, Quality and Project Management Manage stock levels, inventory counting, PO creation and production tracking including supplier visits YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar technical education Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing Strong analytical abilities with a structured and organized working style Solid negotiation skills Leadership mindset and strong teamwork orientation Basic technical understanding Strong English skills and ERP experience (SAP), plus advanced Excel and PowerBI knowledge ------ Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
