Lead, Develop and Empower the Team Provide strong technical leadership, foster professional development and ensure continuous growth and engagement of your team. Manage External Service Providers Effectively manage external service providers acting on behalf of CHEPLAPHARM, ensuring quality, compliance and performance.
Develop new documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation that meets users' needs. Validate technical details: Work with engineers and technicians to ensure the technical detail is correct through observation and hands-on testing in our lab.
What we are looking for… Significant experience of managing health and safety processes preferably in a technical/manufacturing/engineering environment. Thorough knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and directives. Experience of implementing OHSAS18001.
