What you will do Technical Authority: Define backend architecture standards, hosting strategies, and binding technical directions across all agency projects.
You ensure that customers see the most relevant products in the right order – balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. We work with over 1 million real-time API calls per hour and a huge amount of data to deliver highly performant and intelligent sorting mechanisms to millions of users.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You design and implement innovative, service-oriented software solutions in the Java environment with a focus on microservices.You analyze functional, technical, and business requirements and actively contribute to implementation. You also advise business units, project, and development teams on architecture, scalability, security, and integration, acting as a link between business stakeholders and IT teams.You create the technical solution design for cloud and hybrid architectures within an interdisciplinary, agile development team.You communicate appropriately with software developers, product managers, and architects within the company.You accompany software solutions throughout their entire lifecycle - from requirements analysis to go-live - and support tasks such as creating and reviewing test cases, defining APIs, and ensuring compliance with common service and information security requirements.In addition, you ensure that common security standards (e.g., OWASP) are adhered to in architecture and development.
