What makes you stand out You hold a completed degree in business administration or a MINT discipline, ideally with a focus on human resources, controlling, statistics, data science or a comparable qualification.You bring a strong understanding of HR controlling, HR reporting and HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.You have very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO including BW and apply this expertise confidently within the HR controlling environment.You are characterized by a strong analytical mindset and are able to independently create and interpret business cases, comprehensive analyses and variance analyses.You have experience working in international initiatives and projects, for example in optimizing planning and reporting processes, and demonstrate a structured and solution‑oriented approach.You possess strong communication skills and act confidently as a point of contact and advisor for management within your areas of responsibility as well as for other internal and external stakeholders.You demonstrate a high level of technical affinity and work with Excel at expert level. In addition, you have experience in building BI dashboards and in the professional management of HR KPIs.Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
