What you can expect You manage national & international digitisation initiatives in the HR area, identify digitisation needs in the HR area and help shape the digital strategy.You optimise the existing applications and digitalisation of HR processes in close cooperation with internal and external partners using the existing HR tech stack (Cornerstone on Demand, Haufe PeopleDoc, MS PowerAutomate, RPAs).Your tasks include the implementation of new cloud-based software solutions and other modules, automation of routine tasks and technical integration of M&A into our system landscape, taking into account local/national requirements.You will support and configure the cloud-based HR systems during operation (incl. authorisation concepts) as well as the interfaces between the systems and help design the master data architecture for digital data collection.You will also work closely with the IT security and data protection departments and be responsible for compliance with current standards.You are the contact person for HR colleagues in the event of problems and are responsible for communicating with stakeholders.
