Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Technical Customer Support als Teil der Qualitätsabteilung inklusive Führung eines interdisziplinären Expertenteams.Gesamtverantwortung für das GMP‑konforme Reklamationsmanagement: fristgerechte Bearbeitung, fundierte Ursachenanalysen, Ableitung, Umsetzung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung nachhaltiger CAPA‑Massnahmen.Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, qualitätsrelevanten Kommunikation mit Kunden, internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern im Rahmen von Reklamationen, und Audits.Analyse qualitativer Kundenbeanstandungen und Bewertung von Risiken und Auswirkungen auf Produktqualität, Patientensicherheit und Compliance in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und Customer Service, unter Berücksichtigung technischer, regulatorischer und organisatorischer Aspekte.Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenaudits, inklusive Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von CAPA‑Plänen sowie Folgekommunikation mit dem Kunden.Organisation und Begleitung qualitätsbezogener technischer Kundenbesuche, inklusive Präsentation des Standorts, der Prozesse und des Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
